    All the paper should be in MS Word file and an identical PDF file according to the following instructions:

  • Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another conference before the review notification date of this conference.

Publishing process


Authors submit the papers by Email. Paper format should be in Word (preferred) or PDF.

Editor performs an initial technical criteria check (paper field, structure of submission, adherence to the submission instructions and English language usage.), which called "Pre-reviewing" for two days. Papers which pass the Pre-reviewing will be assigned to the related reviewers for refereeing. -Looking for reviewers

Papers will be refereed in two weeks. -Undergoing review

Organizing Committee will send the reviewed reports to the authors to improve the papers for the first time when the at least two constructive reviewed reports are received. The authors will be required to revise the papers and update the revised versions by logining the submission system. -Author to modify

If necessary, the revised papers will be sent to the original reviewers to review for the second time. -Second round of review

Acceptance notifications will be sent to the corresponding authors and the registered authors. The authors need to pay the registration fee, and update the final version of the papers according to the registration instructions. -Accepted

Final version of the papers will be proofread by the Organizing Committee.

Authors check, correct and send the proofs back to the Organizing Committee.

Corrected papers will be sent to the official publisher for online publication. -Scheduled for publication
